Glenpointe, a corporate destination in the North Jersey, announced Monday it is close to completing its major rehaul to The Green, a 22,000-square-foot open air environment for tenants and guests.
The Green is slated for completion later this month, Glenpointe said. It will offer amenities including Wi-Fi connectivity, lush landscaping, a fountain, soft LED lighting, new stone pathways, multi-tiered patio areas with patio seating, and more.
The area also features more than 2,000 plants, 20,000 pounds of natural, locally-sourced stone and 2,000 square feed of sodded lawn.
“Today’s employers are looking for spaces that redefine the traditional, rigid office experience. At Glenpointe we’ve created a unique environment that enhances tenant satisfaction, collaboration and productivity,” said Ryan Sanzari, chief operating officer of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the developer, owner and operator of Glenpointe. “The Green demonstrates our continued commitment to providing tenants with superior service and in-demand amenities to ensure that Glenpointe remains northern New Jersey’s leading corporate destination.”
In addition to The Green, the multimillion-dollar capital improvement plan at the 50-acre campus in Teaneck includes the renovation of interior common areas and outdoor tenant terraces; the addition of a management and leasing office; and upgrades to fixtures and lighting throughout the complex.
Glenpointe, located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike, features more than 650,000 square feet of Class A office space; 700 guest rooms across three on-site hotels; a 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa and Fitness Center; covered parking; 24/7 security; onsite access to public mass transit; a cafeteria; restaurant; wine bar; lounge; and more.
