Comms firm extends lease in Bernardsville

A communications firm has extended its lease at a Bernardsville office property, according to real estate development and investment firm Denholtz Properties, the building owner.

Decile.Ten Communications occupies 8,474 square feet at 150 Morristown Road, where Denholtz completed a half-million-dollar capital improvement project last year. The two-story, 54,599-square-foot Class A building now includes a media wall, healthy vending options, new lighting and furniture and more.

“We continually strive to create office buildings that companies, large and small, in a diverse variety of markets, can be proud to call home,” Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz, said in a prepared statement. “The physical location, although vitally important, is just one part of accomplishing that strategy as we also place a tremendous emphasis on superior tenant service and ongoing capital investments to ensure our spaces are among the finest in their local markets.

“This latest extension speaks to the success of that strategy at 150 Morristown, and our continued ability to drive strong multitenant leasing activity at the building.”

David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented the landlord in the deal, while Charlie Dillon of JLL represented the tenant.
