RPM Development announced Wednesday it has delivered the final duplex homes at East Gate, an new upscale live-work-play residential community located on the 1,226-acre former Fort Monmouth Army post in Oceanport.
The final phase, called Officer’s Row, is comprised of eight, three-bedroom homes on Allen Avenue. They are priced from the $800,000 and feature 2.5 baths, spacious dining/living room, open concept kitchen, a master bedroom, crown molding on the first floors and hardwood flooring throughout.
“Officer’s Row delivers a prominent housing opportunity and buyers have been anxiously awaiting its release since we first opened East Gate last year,” Michael Hong, assistant vice president of development at RPM, said. “These homes offer an even higher level of luxury, comfort and appeal and provide sought-after locations with spacious backyards and views of Parker’s Creek. As a result, we don’t expect this limited collection to remain available very long. ”
In total, East Gate features 68 homes created in refurbished century-old Officer’s Housing.
RPM said it has aimed to create a nostalgic yet modern living experience by blending the original building exteriors, which date back to the early 20th century, with contemporary interiors. Palermo Edwards Architecture remodeled the buildings’ interiors.
In addition to Officer’s Row, a limited number of townhomes and duplexes are still available in Phase II at East Gate, priced from the $500,000s to the mid-$700,000s.
