The Casino Association of New Jersey announced that Atlantic City has continued to see revenue gains in July, according to the most recent Division of Gaming Enforcement gaming revenue results report.
The DGE report released Wednesday said that during the month of July, gaming revenue was more than $323 million, a 7.8% increase over the same period last year.
July was the 14th straight month for revenue gains in the city.
Other highlights about Atlantic City from the report include:
- Total gaming revenue for 2019 is $1.84 billion so far;
- Online gaming revenue was $39 million in July, up 51.8% over July 2018;
- Sports wagering revenue in casinos was $6.8 million in July;
- The industry generated $26 million in taxes and fees collected by the state in July.
