Two new tenants have signed long-term leases for a Somerset office building, according to exclusive leasing agent Cushman & Wakefield.
August eTech, a managed information technology services firm, signed a 3,120-square-foot headquarters lease at 200 Cottontail Lane, while Tekcon Construction, a commercial contractor, signed an 1,800-square-foot lease for a regional office.
The two-building, Class A property comprises 208,000 square feet, with C&W’s Paul Giannone, Todd Elfand, Kevin Carton and Joe Vacca heading the leasing team out of the Iselin office.
“The 200 Cottontail campus offers a true oasis in the heart of Somerset,” Elfand said in a prepared statement. “This setting, and the property’s exceptional ownership and management, have contributed to steady interest and an uptick in leasing activity.”
The Winter Organization owns the property. Carolyn Sica of CBRE represented August eTech in its deal.
