Jersey City-based SITO Mobile announced Thursday it has appointed Gregg Saunders as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately.
The consumer behavior and location sciences company said Saunders, who has more than three decades of experience assisting companies across multiple industries, including telecommunications, media, private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, investments, internal accounting, forensics, and more.
Saunders is replacing Terry Lynn, who resigned from SITO for personal reasons.

His years of accounting experience and financial acumen and discipline will be invaluable in helping SITO optimize our financial performance and enhance shareholder value. We look forward to benefiting from Gregg’s proven expertise in financial reporting and important strategic transactions,” SITO CEO Tom Pallack said.
Prior to SITO, Saunders spend time at XBRL U.S. Inc., providing accounting and financial reporting. He also served as partner at KPMG LLP and chief financial officer of an undisclosed company in the commercial relocation industry.
