The Edge Fitness Clubs has expanded into South Jersey with a new 48,776-square-foot lease in Voorhees, according to Soloff Realty & Development.
David Dunkelman of Soloff recently concluded the lease at Echelon Village Plaza, a 90,000-square-foot shopping center just off the intersection of Haddonfield-Berlin Road and White Horse Road.
The big-box gym will occupy the anchor space and join the plaza’s other retailers, including Target, ACME, Ross, Panera Bread, Panda Express, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A and more.
Dunkelman represented the landlord, Site Centers, in the transaction. Scott Benson and Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial represented Edge Fitness.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
