NAI James E. Hanson announced Wednesday it has negotiated an industrial building lease with Leco Plastics Inc., a plastics manufacturer, in Saddle Brook.
The Teterboro-based real estate firm said the 31,550-square-foot lease is located at 421 N. Midland Ave.
“The region’s accessibility to major population centers and excellent highway connectivity continues to make it a strategic location for manufacturing companies like Leco Plastics,” Perkins said. “Through a deep understanding of the market, we are able to work with our clients to ensure that they can properly market their spaces in line with this demand and attract high quality tenants like Leco Plastics.”
The building’s location, being within close proximity to Route 80 and the Garden State Parkway, will provide Leco Plastics with easy accessibility to new customers, it said. The property features 5,000 square feet of office space, 33 spots for parking, a 20-foot ceiling and three tailgates.
“As the brokerage model continues to evolve, we understand that our clients are searching for a wide range of service lines in their chosen real estate brokerage,” Ivette Correa, chief operating officer of NAI James E. Hanson’s Property Management Group, said. “Our Property Management Group is yet another example of NAI James E. Hanson’s ongoing evolution to better meet the needs of our clients through providing a full suite of commercial real estate services backed by the local market knowledge and expertise that has always made our team uniquely suited to excel in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets.”
