Diversified Properties LLC announced Tuesday it has formed a new affiliate entity, Morris Construction Management LLC.
The new unit, which will offer third-party construction services to commercial and multifamily developers in the New York/New Jersey metro area, was formed in partnership with Anthony Ciallella, a building and construction management professional.
Ciallella along with Nicholas Minoia, managing partner of Diversified, have been appointed co-principals in the new company, which will be located at Diversified’s headquarters at 350 Main Road in Montville.
“We know that many real estate investors and developers have the funding and the vision but may lack the necessary construction-related expertise to bring their projects to market in a cost-effective, timely manner,” Minoia said. “Morris Construction Management will fill that gap with a range of construction services that free up our clients to focus on financing, marketing and tenanting their properties.”
