Colliers International announced Monday it has brokered the sale of five fully-leased buildings in Pennsauken.
The buildings, all located at the Pennsauken Industrial Park, total 130,435 square feet.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office brokered the sale on behalf of an undisclosed owner.
The properties, located at 841, 845, 851, 959 and 965 Bethel Ave., sold to a private investor.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
