Diversified Properties LLC announced Monday it has entered a joint venture to develop a self storage facility in Montville.
The Montville-base real estate company said the joint venture with 1026 Real Estate Investors, a New York City-based real estate investment firm, will develop a three-story, 98,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility at 352 Main Road.
The 2.5 acre site, previously approved for an office space, is within close access to Route 202 and Interstate 287.
The facility will be professionally managed by CubeSmart Self Storage, Nicholas Minoia, managing partner at Diversified, said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
