Goldberg Segalla, a Newark-based law firm, announced Tuesday it has added a new partner.
Marci Kokalas, the firm said, has been named to the its Global Insurance Services group.
Kokalas will focus her practice on insurance coverage matters, disputes on general liability and property policies, complex commercial litigation, liability claims and employment matters. She also regularly represents insurers and provides coverage opinions, policy analysis, letters and pre-litigation counseling.
Kokalas previously was at Lazare Potter Giacovas & Moyle in New York. Following law school, she was the assistant district attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
