NIA National Realty, a real estate brokerage firm based in Paramus, announced recently it has brokered the sale of two buildings in Bergen County.
The properties are located at 151 Route 17 North in Rochelle Park and 676 Winters Ave. in Paramus.
Gregory Panayoti, NIA’s vice president, closed on the sale of the Rochelle Park deal to a European furniture company. 151 Route 17 is a 5,600-square-foot, freestanding, two-story flex-building. It is located within close access to routes 17 and 4 and the Garden State Parkway.
“This well-maintained building is strategically located in a prime and vibrant retail region” Panoyoti said.
Roger Gross, president, and Panayoti, completed the sale in Paramus to Valley Health System. The 8,400-square-foot building has three floors of rentable office space as well as parking.
“Valley Health Systems turned to Paramus for a new location for their hospital after sustained opposition in Ridgewood to double the size of the facility in the village. This property offers potential medical office and administrative support office space” Panayoti said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
