A New Jersey-based business has expanded in the state with the purchase of a asset located at the Airport Industrial Park in Pennsauken.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International‘s Mount Laurel office were the brokers in the sale $3.7 million sale of 6910-6930 Central Highway, a 58,000-square-foot warehouse, to 6910-30 Central Highway LLC.
The buyer, Heat Makes Sense Inc., is a hair care and tool manufacturer. This is the second local building Colliers has sold to Heat Makes Sense.
