Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC, a Moorestown-based commercial real estate firm, announced Tuesday it has acquired a Class A office building in Voorhees.
The property, located within minutes from the Ritz Center at 1020 Laurel Oak Road, is 57,000 square feet. It is currently home to a variety of tenants with the largest being Penn Medicine.
SFA said it has planned value add enhancements, such as lobby and common area improvements, at the site to “further strengthen the growing health care presence in the Voorhees/Cherry Hill area,” according to a news release.
“We continue to see a mix of value-added and stabilized investment opportunities in the South Jersey office market,” Jeffery Schneider, managing principal, SFA. “This 1020 Laurel Oak building is a great example.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
