NAI James E. Hanson, a Teterboro-based commercial real estate firm, has negotiated the sale of a retail building in Lake Hopatcong, it announced Wednesday.
Joe Vindigni of NAI Hanson represented the seller, BD Newhouse LLC, in the deal.
The 6,000-square-foot property, located at 802-808 Route 15, is comprised of seven rentable units, boasts ample parking and has 50 feet of lake access.
The buyer, Gardners Shed, plans to occupy a portion of the space while also using it as an income producing investment property, NAI Hanson said.
“Our team recognized early on that this property’s strategic location and a wide range of tenants made it an ideal investment opportunity in this market,” Vindigni said. “Leveraging our decades of experience in northern New Jersey, we were able to effectively market the property to secure a buyer and negotiate a deal for fair market value on behalf of our client.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
