Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC, a commercial real estate firm based in Moorestown, announced Thursday it has named Julia Brines as director of investor relations.
She will be responsible for business development and raising equity for the firm from private investors. She will also manage communication between SFA and the investor group.
Brines, who has more than 15 years of experience in commercial banking and lending, spent much of her career in the commercial banking industry first as a branch manager. She then went on to manage sales and streamline investor portfolios.
“I have known Julia for several years and from day one, her ‘get up and go’ has been contagious,” Jeffery Schneider, managing principal, SFA, said. “Her drive and focus complement the SFA team. We are excited to have her a part of our continued growth.“
