Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday it had represented residential mortgage company WE Lending in the leasing of a Class A office space in Marlton.
The 3,010-square-foot lease is located at 8000 Sagemore Drive, WCRE said. WE Lending selected the location due to its close proximity to Route 73, Interestate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The mid-rise property is owned and operated by Davis Enterprises. The building is located next to the Promenade Shopping Center and is within close proximity to restaurants, shops and Virtua Health.
April Loomis, senior associate at WCRE, represented the tenant.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
