FEI’s N.J. chapter elects Mishler president; sets fall events schedule

Financial Executives International‘s New Jersey chapter has elected Mark D. Mishler as president, serving in a two-year term starting in the fall, it announced recently.

FEI is a professional association for corporate finance executives. Membership benefits include access to a global fiance network, meetings for peer and industry networking, career development and sharing best practices.

Mishler, the current principal at CFO Resource Management, has been an FEI member for more than 20 years.

FEI said Mishler’s main goal is to increase chapter diversity throughout the organization with new memberships.

The association also announced a new member event will be hosted at McLoone’s, located at 9 Cherry Lane in West Orange, on Oct. 2 at 6:00 p.m. The event is free and includes food, drinks, a membership benefits presentation and a Q&A session for prospective new members.

Here are the rest of the New Jersey chapter events scheduled for the fall:

  • Tuesday, Sept. 17: Dinner meeting with cannabis panel at the Manor, West Orange;
  • Tuesday, Oct. 15: Social event at ‘Bury the Hatchet’ in Paramus;
  • Tuesday, Nov. 12: Dinner meeting with Chase Economist at Galloping Hill Golf Course, Kenilworth;
  • Tuesday, Dec. 3: Annual holiday event at the Madison Hotel, Morristown.
