Sanzari inks industrial lease with fine trimmings manufacturer in South Hackensack

Samuel & Sons Passementerie, a designer and manufacturer of fine trimmings, has leased 21,156 square feet of industrial space in South Hackensack, according to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The Hackensack-based real estate firm said the lease at 10-12 Horizon Blvd. will provide Samuel & Sons with a strategically located warehouse and distribution facility to support its showrooms and manage shipments.

Andrew Stypa of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson represented Sanzari in the deal.

The building is 57,225 square feet in total, has eight loading docks and is located within easy access to the Teterboro Airport, Port Newark, the New Jersey Turnpike, routes 3 and 46, and Interstate 80.

“Most tenants we work with place adaptability, accessibility, and affordability high on their list of priorities as they search for industrial space in the New York City area,” Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Sanzari, said. “Our substantial portfolio in South Hackensack and Bergen County allows us to meet all of these needs while capitalizing on record-high demand to attract premier industrial users and ensure high tenant retention at each of our buildings.”
