Seton Hall names four to board of regents

Seton Hall University has named three new members to its board of regents, and granted a former member “regent emeritus” status, it announced this week.

The new members of the board, serving three year terms until June 30, 2022, are:

  • Richard A. Giuditta Jr., managing shareholder and attorney, Bevan, Mosca & Giuditta P.C., and president, BMGZ Strategies LLC;
  • Stephanie Redish Hofmann, director of agency development-WPP, Google Inc.;
  • Anthony Masherelli, senior audit partner, Ernst & Young’s New Jersey office;

In addition, Joseph P. LaSala, a partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter LLC, was named regent emeritus. He was previously a member of the board from 1990 to 2011 and a member of the university’s board of trustees from 1997 to 2011.

“The board and I are thrilled to welcome this new group of regents, whose collective knowledge and wisdom will be invaluable to Seton Hall,” President Joseph E. Nyre said in a prepared statement. “The board of regents plays an essential role in ensuring that Seton Hall remains on the right path to continued excellence as one of the country’s truly great universities.”
