FEM South Beach Urban Renewal LLC announced Thursday it has partnered with Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty to market and sell units at a condominium development currently under construction in Long Branch.
South Beach at Long Branch is an oceanfront resident community with resort-style amenities. It is comprised of two, eight-story towers, boasting amenities such as easy beach access, a saltwater infinity pool, a fitness center, a sun deck with outdoor BBQ grills, 24/7 business center, security, private investors, and more.
The brokerage firm said it has brought on a new on-site sales team for South Beach at Long Branch, which is located on Ocean Avenue, to work alongside Deborah James, sales director for FEM South Beach Urban Renewal.
“With increased sales activity over the summer season, it was critical we brought in the right team to supplement our efforts to best serve the demand for South Beach,” Mimi Feliciano, CEO of FEM Real Estate, said.
“We’re planning on putting an innovative spin on sales and marketing efforts,” said Mary Burke, owner, CEO and president of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty in Monmouth County.
The sales team will be relying on Curate By Southey’s International Realty Affiliates, an augmented reality app launched last year, so clients can visualize the residences before purchase.
“We’ve found that the app is extremely helpful to clients in all real estate transactions but especially in new developments where they can visualize the space and all the design possibilities using augmented reality,” said Burke.
Burke said that the city of Long Branch is currently undergoing a revitalization, with more people selling their homes and buying property on the water.
