Kearny Bank establishes Retail Sales & Development Team

Kearny Bank announced Tuesday it has established a Retail Sales & Development Team to better address the needs of its individual bank clients.

“Our concept of sales is never about the quantity of products or services sold,” Anthony Bilotta, chief banking officer and executive vice president, Kearny Bank, said. “We want the experiences our individual clients have to continue evolving in a positive direction, throughout our entire retail banking network.”

Heather Moskal, first vice president, will head the new team, which will focus on the growth of client relationships and portfolio and core deposits.

“The establishment of this new Kearny Bank team stems from our unwavering commitment to improvement,” Moskal said. “Working in close coordination with our local branches, we’re ensuring they have the tools, support, and training necessary to further improve their interactions and relationship building with clients.”

As of July 1, the bank’s retail network has been divided into three geographic regions. Each one is served by a trio of new Retail Sales & Development Team officers.

The three new offices are:

  • Richard Halter of Howell, who will focus on branches in Monmouth and Ocean counties;
  • LaToya Pryce of Paterson, who will focus on branches in Essex, Hudson, and Union counties, portions of Passaic County, and also Brooklyn and Staten Island;
  • Kellee Sisto of East Hanover, who will focus on Bergen, Middlesex, and Morris counties, as well as portions of Passaic County.
