Capodagli Property Co. announced Monday that a new, luxury residential rental building in Hackensack has hit 50% occupancy less than four months after coming online.
Meridia on Main has 106 residences and modern amenities, including a Social Lounge, 24-hour fitness center, a dining room, onsite parking, electric car charging stations and more. Units range from 600 to 1,000 square feet and start at $1,875 per month.
George Capodagli, the founder of Capodagli Property, said the asset has exceeded expectations.
