Developers lease 85% of The Enclave’s luxury residences in first 4 months

The Enclave, a collection of 260 luxury apartments and more than 4,000 square feet of resort-style amenities which debuted in May in Jersey City, has hit 85% occupancy, they announced Tuesday.

BNE Real Estate GroupHoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties, along with Manhattan-based The Marketing Directors, the marketing and leasing agent for the property, said the occupancy rate was achieved in the first four months of availability.

Located at 675 Monmouth St., the building offers a complementary shuttle to and from the Hoboken PATH station and is surrounded by a mix of street-level retail, dining and cultural attractions, including a restaurant and lounge, a daycare facility, a theater venue, and more. It is also within close proximity to the Holland Tunnel and routes 1 and 9.

“Leasing this many resdences in such a short period of time is a testament to the overall lifestyle we’re offering at The Enclave,” Jonathan Schwartz, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group, said. “Even more impressive, this record-breaking rental velocity was achieved during the traditionally slow summer months.  It shows just how strongly both Jersey City locals and newcomers have embraced this hotel-style building and the opportunity to reside in what’s become one of the area’s most complete neighborhoods in terms of location, homes, and amenities.”

Apartments range from studio to two bedroom units, with select homes having private balconies. Prices start at $2,515 with a limited-time offer of one month free rent on a 13-month lease with immediate occupancy available.

The Enclave offers residences a full suite of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, BBQ areas, an outdoor bar and fire pit, a dog run and spa, entertainment lounges, a game room, coworking spaces, conference rooms, children’s play room, a fitness center, covered parking, bike storage, resident storage, and more.

“To fully maximize the resident experience, we’re offering 24-hour concierge, Amazon package lockers, pet concierge services through Bark Building, and a Lyft partnership and pick up location,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, said.
