Twin Boro Physical Therapy, a provider of outpatient physical therapy services in New Jersey, has leased a spot at the Colonial Village Shopping Center in Edison, according to Jaime Weiss, managing member of Colonia Village Associates and president of Weiss Realty.
The 1,600-square-foot space is located at Route 27 and Parsonage Road. It is one of more than 23 Twin Boro treatment offices across nine counties in the state.
“Colonial Village offers an ideal location, strong area demographics and a great tenant mix for medical office site selection” Weiss said. “Colonial Village delivers on all of these fronts and Twin Boro looks forward to serving the community.” The signing of this lease brings the Shoppes at Colonial Village to full occupancy. Steve Battista of Jeffrey Realty represented Twin Boro Physical Therapy and Matthew Weiss of Weiss Realty represented the landlord, Colonial Village Associates LLC.
Weiss Realty is the managing agent and broker for the 70,000-square-foot office park. Colonial Village comprises 20,000 square feet of retail, dining and shopping as well as 50,000 square feet of offices.
