Andrew Musick has left the New Jersey Business & Industry Association to become vice president of government affairs for the New Jersey Apartment Association, the NJAA announced Monday.
Musick, who had been a vice president with NJBIA, will be responsible for legislative and regulatory issues affecting the statewide multifamily apartment industry trade group.
“Andrew is a great addition to our growing NJAA team,” Executive Director David Brogan said in a prepared statement. “He brings nearly a decade of government affairs and political action committee experience to our organization, and will play an integral role in representing the multifamily industry in New Jersey.”
Musick added: “I am excited for the opportunity to work at NJAA. The NJAA has grown in both stature and influence over the past five years, and I believe that my skillset and background will enhance NJAA’s government affairs efforts.”
