NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced Tuesday it has negotiated an industrial lease in Somerset.
The 15,040-square-foot lease is located at 65 Clyde Road, a 160,000-square-foot warehouse, distribution and light manufacturing facility.
Scott Perkins and Chris Todd of NAI Hanson represented the tenant, Tecno Spa, in the deal with the landlord, TA Realty.
The property features ample parking, 24-foot ceilings and three tailboard loading docks. It is also located within close access to Exit 10 of Interstate 287, Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 9.
“Industrial space continues to be a hot commodity, making it challenging for small and mid-size industrial users to quickly and easily identify properties suited to their unique needs,” Perkins said. “When Tecno Spa approached us to assist them in finding a space, they had a very short timeline contingent upon equipment being shipped to the United States and no home for it. Leveraging our deep local expertise, we were able to swiftly navigate the market and find the right building for them in a short time span.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
