A lifestyle retailer has leased office space in downtown Haddonfield, according to Markeim Chalmers.
The Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate firm said on Thursday that DTLR/Villa has leased 4,275 square feet at 30 Washington Ave. from 30 Washington LLC.
Kevin Burns, senior vice president at Markeim Chalmers, represented both the tenant and landlord in the deal.
DTLR/Villa has more than 250 stores in 19 states and was looking to relocate from Philadelphia to South Jersey, but wanted to have easy access and transportation for its staff.
The property is located within close access to the PATCO as well as restaurants, shopping and other amenities.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
