Proserve-Consulting Inc., a business management consulting firm, has signed a lease to move to Court Plaza North, an office property in Hackensack owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The company will move from 75 Essex St. to the 160,000-square-foot office building at 25 Main St., taking 2,342 square feet and bringing Court Plaza North to full occupancy. The building is part of the 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex at 19-21-25 Main St.

Stephen Jennings represented Sanzari in-house, while Steven Muller of Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Court Plaza is more than your typical office building complex,” Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing, said in a prepared statement. “Its unique amenities, paired with our skillful ownership and superior tenant customer service, place the complex in a class of its own, leading to the high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention which enabled us to reach full occupancy at Court Plaza North.”
