Unibet Interactive, a provider of online sports betting and part of the Kindred Group, has leased a Class A office space in Cherry Hill, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
WCRE said on Tuesday it exclusively represented Unibet in its 4,222-square-foot lease at the Woodland Falls Corporate Center.
WCRE said Unibet selected the space due to its location on Route 38 and close access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike, South Jersey and Philadelphia.
The mid-rise office park is owned and operated by Crown Properties Inc., WCRE said.
John Mozzillo, senior associate at WCRE, represented the tenant in the deal.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
