ClickPay, a real estate resident payment company, has expanded its New Jersey presence with a larger office in Hackensack, according to parent company RealPage.
ClickPay will occupy 22,458 square feet at 433 Hackensack Ave., Suite 601, a space designed by architecture firm Gensler’s New Jersey office, RealPage said this week in a news release. RealPage, which acquired ClickPay last year, said the office will serve as the East Coast hub and host more than 100 employees working in its implementation, lockbox and service aspects.
The space has room for up to 160 employees, RealPage noted.
“We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our expanded East Coast hub, which reflects our commitment to the New York market and our success there to date,” William Chaney, RealPage’s executive vice president of product and engineering, said in a prepared statement. “We will continue providing the most trusted, innovative and intuitive platform for residents and property managers to transact and interact.”
The office, serving New York and New Jersey area clients using RealPage’s services, gives the company 28 U.S. and six international locations.
RealPage received approximately $5 million in economic incentives from the state, it noted.
