JMF Properties recently held a grand opening ceremony for Quin Sleepy Hollow, a new luxury rental community in Plainfield.
The ribbon cutting was attended by Plainfield Mayor Adrian O. Mapp, municipal officials and JMF representatives.
The property will have 212 rental residences and more than 10,000 square feet of amenities at 1400 South Ave., located along South Avenue between the Netherwood and Fanwood New Jersey Transit train stations.
“It’s a pleasure to see this vision become a reality” Mapp said. “Plainfield has waited a long time for the resurgence we see taking place all across our city, and we are ready to move on to the next chapter. I’d like to thank JMF properties and Joe Forgione for being responsible partners, and for recognizing the tremendous potential that we have in the Queen City. They have created a modern, luxurious, high quality offering that will become home for many and I am eager to see all the apartments filled.”
Renters will be able to select from a wide variety of foorplans, with layouts starting in the low $1,800s.
“We are proud to introduce an exciting new residential option to the City of Plainfield and the beautiful Sleepy Hollow neighborhood,” Joseph M. Forgione, founder and principal of JMF Properties, said. “We designed Quin Sleepy Hollow to offer renters not only an attractive place to live, but an entire lifestyle experience. This community combines modern, city-style living with upscale amenities and an appealing suburban location. We had a vision for this property from day one and we’d like to thank Mayor Mapp and the City of Plainfield for working alongside us and helping us turn that vision into a reality.”
Quin Sleepy Hollow is within close access to routes 22 and 78, the Garden State Parkway, employment centers in Newark, Jersey City and Manhattan and other spots along NJ Transit’s Raritan Valley line and the connecting PATH rail.
The community’s indoor and outdoor amenities include a resident lounge, library, theater, business center, fitness center, fireplaces, BBQ grills, a bark park, package concierge lockers, car charging stations, and more.
