Lux Nails to open at Middlesex County retail property

Lux Nails has leased space at the North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick, according to Levin Management Corp., the leasing and managing agent for the 128,000-square-foot property.

Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty, senior leasing representative at LCM, arranged the 1,700-square-foot lease. Mary Situ of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.

“North Village Shopping Center’s Route 1 location and superb demographics – including a population of more than 263,000 people and an average household income exceeding $128,000 within five miles of the center – were key draws for Lux Nails,” Fernandez-Kelty said. “This new tenant is a great complement for North Village Shopping Center’s service-oriented tenant roster and represents another convenience for the North Brunswick community.”

The center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Arts & Crafts and Staples, and houses a Trader Joe’s. Other retailers include Ulta Beauty, Sport Clips, Panera Bread, Smashburger and Chili’s.

There are two retail availabilities left at North Village, including a 7,100-square-foot unit and a 3,400-square-foot restaurant space.
