Sheldon Gross Realty announced there has been multiple recent new lease signing and renewals at two key locations in Hillsborough.
The transactions – 10 in total – were managed by Jonathan Glick, executive vice president for Sheldon Gross Realty.
The commercial real estate firm said nine of them were spots at the Valley Park Business Center, located at 216 Route 206, while the other is within the Hillsborough Business Campus at One Harvard Way.
The deals total 43,859 square feet and encompass a variety of industries, including Deck Guardian, JM Carpet Express, Wildfire Technology Integration, Mueller Plumbing, Daisy Leo, Arcadis US Inc., and Riber USA.
Both the centers are owned by Summit Associates, a real estate developer.
“These Hillsborough locations are exceptional, both because of the wonderful community surrounding them and the exceptional access provided by local roadways,” Glick said. “Businesses are really excited to come here, which is why I’ve been involved during the past 15 years in 60 of Summit Associates’ lease transactions, totaling 240,000 square feet.”
