L&L Health Spa has signed a long-term lease in Mount Laurel, Marlton-based Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday.
L&L Health Spa is a provider of relaxing, therapeutic massage therapy.
Formerly the Joyus Health Spa of Virginia Beach, L&L Health Spa will now take up 2,272 square feet in a newly-renovated, two-story building located at 105 Fairway Terrace.
The spa will sit just off Route 73 and is within close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 70 and Interstate 295.
Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage RES, worked closely with the landlord, TRN Realty LLC, and the tenant, to secure a location for the spa.
