Law firm grows at Sanzari’s Court Plaza

A real estate law firm has signed for more space at Court Plaza North in Hackensack, according to property owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Rivkin Radler LLP has signed a renewal and expansion for 12,411 square feet of office space at the building at 25 Main St., Hackensack-based Sanzari said in a news release.

“Located just across the street from the Bergen County Courthouse, Court Plaza provides law firms and professional services tenants with a modern and flexible office with its unparalleled access to the Bergen County Administrative Complex,” Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said in a prepared statement. “With over 30 law firms calling Court Plaza home, we pride ourselves on being able to meet their ongoing space needs to accommodate their continued growth within one of Bergen County’s premier office buildings.”

Rivkin Radler has five offices in the New Jersey/New York metro region, handling commercial and residential real estate. The firm opened its Court Plaza office in 2006, occupying 6,337 square feet in the Court Plaza South building, and has now expanded twice, growing by 1,800 square feet in 2012 and now moving to the other building.

“The move was necessary as we continue to expand our litigation and transactional practices,” Managing Partner Evan H. Krinick said in a statement. “It was fortuitous that the larger space, in the same office complex, became available when we needed it.”

The firm, which added partner Khoren Bandazian in the office in May, said it expects to continue its growth in New Jersey.
