Bridge Development Partners LLC, a prominent real estate firm operating in northern New Jersey, has hired a director of operations for its Northeast Region, it announced Wednesday.
Karen LoBello had been with another noteworthy New Jersey firm, the Hampshire Cos., as director of property management. In her new role, she will work out of Bridge Development’s New Jersey office and oversee the property management function for the New Jersey/New York market, Bridge said in a news release.
“Karen is an excellent addition to our team, and we are eager to apply her unique and proven approach to our entire regional portfolio,” Jeff Milanaik, Bridge’s Northeast regional partner, said in a prepared statement. “Her impressive background in both property management and leadership development makes her a great resource that will help further our continued growth in New Jersey and New York.”
In addition to her work with Hampshire, LoBello has also worked for CBRE as part of an outsourced property management arrangement.
“I’m excited to bring my experience and operational expertise to Bridge,” she said in a statement. “I have spent many years working in nearly every real estate niche, and to focus solely on the industrial sector is particularly exciting.
