CoWorx Staffing Services moves HQ to Morristown

CoWorx Staffing Services, an employment agency, announced Wednesday it has moved its headquarters to a new space in Morristown.

The company celebrated its new, 20,450-square-foot office at 412 Mt. Kemble Ave. this week with an official ribbon cutting attended by staff and Morris Township Mayor Jeff Grayzel.

“We completely renovated the space and built out a beautiful, open, collaborative corporate headquarters,” Tim Hartnett, CEO of CoWorx Staffing Services, said. “We are thrilled to finally be all moved in and give our company culture room to breathe, as we continue our growth as a best-in-class staffing agency.”

The headquarters has an open floor plan with work stations and conference areas, designed to encourage relationships and cross-functional collaboration. It also has a kitchen, ergonomic furniture, new phones, TVs, a full-service cafeteria, a 5,500-square-foot fitness center, and more.

“In our prior home, employees worked a bit in siloes, simply due to the shape of the building,” Steve Gregersen, vice president of marketing, CoWorx Staffing Services, said. “Our new space encourages interaction, and we look forward to evolving our company culture to create a greater sense of community inside our walls, in our field offices, and in the thriving community in which we will now reside.”

The property is located within close access to route 202, 24 and 10; interstates 287, 80 and 280; and the Morristown New Jersey Transit train station.
