NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm in Teterboro, announced Wednesday it has negotiated the sale of a half-acre industrial lot in Bergenfield.
Anthony Cassano and John Schilp represented the seller, Moses Realty L.P., and the buyer, Woodbine Management Co., in the deal.
Located in a prime spot, 55 Woodbine St. is a 0.44-acre, 19,278-square-foot industrial lot located within close access to routes 4, 80 and 17 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The property is zoned for industrial with a range of uses including office, warehouse, fabrication and more.
The buyer said it plans to use the lot to park and dispatch its fleet of vehicles, expanding its operations into Bergen County from Rockland County, New York.
