NAI Mertz announced Wednesday it has completed the sale of a light industrial building in Logan Township.
The Mount Laurel-based commercial real estate firm said Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, handled the sale of the 80,300-square-foot building at 2339 Center Square Road.
Klear also represented the buyer, Burton Real Estate.
“This is a unique property in a popular industrial park that is home to renowned companies like Amazon, Mitsubishi, Mercedes-Benz and Home Depot,” Klear said. “I am pleased to assist my client, Burton Real Estate, in adding to its impressive portfolio of properties located throughout the Northeast.”
The facility is within the 6-acre Pureland Industrial Complex, NAI Mertz said, offering 30-foot ceilings, 19 dock doors, three drive-ins and 10,403 square feet of office space. It also is zoned for food processing and has cooler and freezer space as well as flood drains.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
