Somerset Hills Hotel to open in Warren next year

Valor Hospitality Partners announced on Tuesday plans to open the Somerset Hills Hotel in January 2020.

As a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, the 118-room hotel will also act as a wedding and corporate events venue, offering more than 5,100 square feet of indoor meeting space.

Built in 1987, the hotel recently underwent a $22 million renovation, Valor Hospitality said in a news release.

“Somerset Hills Hotel has been a staple in the Warren community for many years, and we look forward to continuing to honor the property’s legacy,” Michelle Satanik, area manager of Valor Hospitality Partners, said. “This has been a transformational project and we are thrilled to share Somerset’s iconic story with guests and locals alike.”

The property comes with a number of amenities, including 55-inch TVs in each room, personalized pillow menus, 2,000 square feet of outdoor garden and patio space, a pool, sundeck, fitness center, and more.

TAP Gastropub, a European-style restaurant and craft brewery open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, will also open at 200 Liberty Corner Road.
