A new retail development in Saddle Brook has reached full occupancy following three leases, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
As the exclusive agent for the 8,000-square-foot property at 110 Market St., C&W’s David Townes and Alana Friedman brokered the deals on behalf of property ownership, Malas Development.
C&W said the pair most recently worked with Dunkin’ for 1,802 square feet and Bubbakoo’s Burritos for 1,695 square feet at the center. Gary Kraus of Pierson Commercial represented both tenants.
“These two popular concepts are great additions to round out the tenant base at 110 Market Street,” Mark Malas, managing member, said. “Our vision to create a retail offering that would attract complementary businesses and bring desirable new options for area residents has truly become reality.”
Earlier this year, the team brought Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar for 1,831 square feet to the center. Moxie was represented by Florian Suserman of Ripco Real Estate.
“From the outset, we targeted dining and personal services tenants for this modern high-profile asset,” Townes said. “The resulting mix of national and regional retail brands is defining 110 Market Street as a new retail go-to spot for the community.”
The property is within close access to Route 15, Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway.
