A gluten-free bakery and market has signed a lease to open a location in Marlton, according to real estate firm Vantage Real Estate Services.
Bleu Bear Market is taking space at Allison Shopping Center, 27 N. Maple Ave., joining several other food businesses and other tenants, Vantage said in a news release.
This will be Bleu Bear’s second brick-and-mortar space; husband-and-wife owners Ridgeway Grace and Mark Rooks also own and operate Rent-A-Chef catering, Beast of the Street food truck and Haddonfield Donut Co.
Monica Walsh, Marlton-based Vantage’s director of client services, worked with the landlord, Mitchell Davis of Davis Enterprises, and the tenant to arrange the deal.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bleu Bear to the Allison Shopping Center,” Davis said in a prepared statement. “The bakery is filling a niche well-needed in our community. Monica was instrumental in procuring and negotiating this deal at the Allison Shopping Center.”
