A five-building office complex in Mount Laurel has sold for $10.675 million, according to Colliers International.
The real estate services firm said its Mount Laurel office facilitated the sale of the Fellowship Business Center, 96,000 square feet in the East Gate Business Park, from the Bloom Organization to a private investor.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner arranged the deal. Colliers will continue in its leasing and management role at the complex under the new ownership, the firm noted.
“This is a well-maintained complex that greatly benefits from its location relative to (Interstate) 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike,” Richman said in a prepared statement. “It suits image-conscious tenants and/or tenants that are in the service business and need to quickly access the area’s state highways. We are excited not only to complete this sale, but to assist with leasing and property management on behalf of the new ownership group.”
