The lease was within the Cherry Hill Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 1415 Route 70 East. The property was recently renovated with new elevators, an HVAC system, a lobby and a parking lot.
Markeim Chalmers Inc., a commercial realtor and appraiser, represented the building owner in the deal.

The property is within close access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 38.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
