An ambulatory surgical center is coming to Voorhees, as WCRE has arranged a lease along Route 73, the real estate services firm announced recently.
WCRE represented Voorhees EA LLC in the exclusive leasing of 10,000 square feet of medical office space at 136 Route 73 to Center Advanced Surgical Excellence LLC, it said in a news release.
John Mozzillo, a senior associate with WCRE, exclusively represented the landlord in the transaction.
