The new owners of a Bridgewater office building have retained CBRE as the exclusive leasing agency for its remaining space, the real estate services firm announced this week.
Legacy Investing, which acquired 77 Corporate Drive, will utilize the team of Remy deVarenne and Sean Morley to market the remaining 87,692 square feet at the 205,439-square-foot former Sanofi property.
“77 Corporate Drive is ideally located in the heart of Bridgewater on the (Interstate) 287/78 corridor, a hub for the life sciences industry,” deVarenne, a senior vice president, said in a prepared statement. “The property’s excellent location, outstanding hands-on ownership and existing infrastructure and amenities make it one of the best options on the market.”
The Class A building was built in 2010, and has amenities including a full-service cafeteria, conference center and backup generators. The two floors currently being marketed can be subdivided.
