Colliers International announced on Friday it has represented Philadephia-based Velocity Ventures, an investment firm, in its purchase of a warehouse facility in Pennsauken.
Ian Richman and Mar Isander of the commercial real estate firm’s Mount Laurel office represented the buyer.
The 28,000-square-foot building, located at 6970 Central Highway, is currently leased by Rosenberger, a German-based manufacturing firm specializing in fiber-optic technologies. The location serves as a custom machinery, creating products such as microwave parts, chassis, conductive gaskets, antenna elements and glass to metal sealing.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
