The New Jersey Apartment Association recognized three New Jersey-based property owners as Management Company of the Year at its 26th Annual Garden State Awards of Excellence gala, it announced recently.
The ceremony recognizes the accomplishments of the trade associations’ most-distinguished owners, managers, developers and vendors that further advance the multifamily housing industry.
The awards winners were:
- Roseland, a Mack-Cali Company, Jersey City (Market Rate Over 2000 Units)
- Woodmont Properties, Fairfield (Market Rate Under 2000 Units)
- PRD Management Inc., Collingswood (Affordable)
“This year’s increased competition in our Garden State Awards of Excellence program is a true reflection of how our member companies continue to professionalize the industry through hard work and education,” said David Brogan, Executive Director of NJAA. He continued, “I’m proud of our membership. As I looked through the nominations and spoke with our winners at the gala, it was clear that each and every organization puts a focus on resident satisfaction.”
